Windows says “Windows protected your PC”. Is that OK?
Yes, it is normal for a new program. Windows shows this for any program from a small publisher that has not yet built up a download history with Microsoft. It does not mean anything is wrong with this file. To install it:
- On the blue “Windows protected your PC” window, click More info.
- Click Run anyway (it appears once you have clicked More info).
- Follow the installer as normal.
If your browser says the file “isn’t commonly downloaded”, choose Keep (or Keep anyway). On a Mac, right-click the app the first time and choose Open.
You can check the file is exactly the one published here by comparing its fingerprint (SHA-256) with the list below.
Check the download is genuine (fingerprints)
In Windows, right-click a downloaded file, or run certutil -hashfile <file> SHA256 in a command window, and compare the result with the line for that file. They must match exactly.

What you get

- Live chat, with optional alerts when someone @mentions you while the radio is playing
Listen on Alexa
Ask Alexa for Raw Kutzz Radio on any Echo speaker or Echo Show. Hear what’s on, who’s next and what’s on this week, and send a shout-out to the studio, all by voice.
Once it’s enabled, try saying:
- “Alexa, open Raw Cuts” — plays the live stream (say “cuts”, it’s how Alexa hears Kutzz)
- “What’s playing?” — the show on air and the track
- “Who’s on next?” and “What’s on Friday?” — the schedule
- “Send a shout out” — say it out loud and it may scroll across the Listen page
- “Stop” — to switch the radio off
On an Echo Show you also see the logo, the show and what’s playing. Shout-outs are checked before they appear. See the privacy policy for how they are handled.
